Where do we ship?
Currently we only ship within the US
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days.
*Actual shipping time may vary per courier and time of year ordered.
We also offer local delivery for those whose address are within range of our location.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can also log into your account, click on your order, and see the tracking information.
If you chose local delivery as your shipping method we will contact you once your order is complete and ready for pickup/delivery. For any question please reach out to us via email or text.
RETURNS
How do I initiate a return?
Custom ordered items cannot be returned. This includes anything where you add. an option for customization; i.e name, date, etc. All other products can be returned within 7 days of delivery by visiting your order page and starting a return. You will be responsible for covering all return costs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Items that have been worn or used and damaged, altered, or washed cannot be returned.
